It should be understood that the granting of permission to implement any fund-raising proposal – or profit based entrepreneurial venture -- is exceedingly rare – and is only granted to cover a specific proposal for a specific period of time that, in theory, could enhance the quality of life – or the environment. Personal profit motives will guarantee automatic rejection of any submitted proposal.
