When ANY individual -- man, woman, or child -- consciously sets aside

his -- or her -- own "sense of self" and becomes aware

of a "sense of belonging" to a collective of

individuals known as humankind --

and then does "something"

that might enhance

the whole --

AT that point this individual becomes a partner in (humankind's) community of unique beings.

The "something" can be, simply, to do no harm --- when by word --

 or action -- the result might be harmful to another

person -- or to the environment.

The "something" can be, simply, to consciously act in a positive

manner that could, in theory, enhance the quality

of life for another person -- or the

environment occupied

by both.

With all of the above for a "working premise" -- the "something" that first

qualifies a person as one of AHLEC's Partners In Community

is very simple.  Just accept AHLEC's Gifts ---- use them as

you wish -- to enhance the quality of your life -----

and then

PASS THE GIFTS ALONG TO ANOTHER PERSON

IN ORDER THAT HE ----- OR SHE -----

CAN DO THE SAME.

can "link" with others of like mind -- globally -- to

freely exchange thoughts -- ideas -- and

concepts within a structured social

networking-type environment.
